Introduction
Asia Human Capital Sdn Bhd (AHCC) is a Malaysia-based company Incorporated in 2024, that aims to position Malaysia as be hub for human capital upskilling in Asia.
Our mission is to empower individuals in Asia with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their chosen fields and contribute to the overall development of their respective nation.
Our vision is to create a highly skilled and diverse workforce that drives innovation and economic growth in Asia We believe that by investing in human capital development, we can help bridge the skills gap and equip individuals with the tools they need to succeed in the ever-changing global economy.
Objective
Our objectives are threefold:
Firstly, to provide high-quality training and education programs that are tailored to the needs of the Asian workforce;
Secondly, to collaborate with industry partners to ensure that our programs are relevant and up-to-date; and
Thirdly, to facilitate lifelong learning and continuous upskilling for individuals at all stages of their careers.
Program
To achieve our mission and vision, Asia Human Capital Centre has onboarded a range of programs that cater to different needs and levels of expertise. These programs include skills training workshops, professional development courses, mentorship programs, and networking events. We aimed to offer certification programs in partnership with leading industry organizations to help individuals enhance their credentials and stay competitive in the job market.
Organisation Structure
Our organization structure is divided into three key departments: Program Development, Partnerships and Outreach, and Operations. The Program Development team is responsible for designing and implementing training programs that meet the needs of industry sectors. The Partnerships and Outreach team works closely with industry partners and stakeholders to ensure that our programs are aligned with current trends and demands. The Operations team oversees the day-to-day running of the organization and ensures that resources are allocated efficiently.
Partnerships
AHCC continues to establish strategic alliances with prospective partners in Asia and abroad to onboard their highly effective and marketable upskilling programs. The prospective partners comprise Universities, Colleges, Corporations and Individuals that are currently promoting or administering various upskilling programs across all industries.
